Customers are responsible for providing accurate information including their name, mobile number, booking dates, selected court and time slots.
Payments are processed through our authorized payment gateway. A booking requiring payment is considered confirmed according to the booking status displayed by the system.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Users must use the booking service lawfully and must not attempt to misuse, manipulate or interfere with the booking system.
